Samuel Thomas Jerkins III ("Tom") passed away peacefully August 16, 2017. Born in Dunedin FL on April 17, 1959, he grew up in Oklahoma City,OK. Later in life, he moved back to the Orlando area to pursue his dreams until he was taken home by his Lord and Savior.

Tom was survived by three sisters, Donna Mattox from Saint Petersburg, and Stacey Shatswell and Gay Thompson from Oklahoma City,. He also had numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents Samuel Thomas Jerkins Jr. and Reta Jean Jerkins, sister Vanessa Gail Fletcher, and all of his grandparents.

May his soul rest in peace with our Heavenly Father.
