Verona Barrett Smith [66], died after a short battle with pancreatic cancer on Friday, December 15, 2017 in Apopka, FL. She was born on April 9, 1951 in Salt Spring, St, James to Denzil Barrett and Icilyn Hall. She married DaCosta Smith from Orange Sign and together they raised five children: Nikay Patten, Kimberley Smith-Francis, Denzil Smith, Lloy Smith and Naomi Simmons. Funeral services will be held on December 29, 2017 at Mt Olive S.D.A. Church in Apopka, Florida. Viewing begins at 10 am and service and burial immediately follow at 11 AM. She will be buried at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha, FL.
