Yvette Coulter, 85 of Apopka, Florida passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Florida Hospital in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Yvette was born in Canada and is the daughter of the late Antonio Girouard and Agnes Lillian (Durand) Girouard. Yvette was the loving wife of the late Edsel Coulter.
Yvette was an Administrative Assistant in the Education field for many years. She loved bowling, the Red Sox Baseball team and anybody who played the Yankees. She enjoyed crochet, travel and gardening. Most of all she loved spoiling her grand and great-grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.
Yvette is survived by her four children: Pauline Shelley (Jim), Mark Coulter (Theresa), Lynne Singletary (Jeff), and Drew Coulter (Susan). Nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 11:00 am, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 834 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Apopka, FL 32703. Interment will take place at Highland Cemetery at a later date.
