Obituary for Ronald Dennis Parker

Ronald Dennis  Parker
Ronald Parker, 70, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. Ronald was born on March 5, 1948 in Manchester, New Hampshire, to Charles and Lillian (Isaacs) Parker.

Ronald worked in IT for many years with AT&T. Ronald moved to Vero Beach in 1988. He loved to bowl, sports, movies and computers.

Ronald proudly served our Country in the U.S. Air Force from 1966-1985, serving in the Vietnam War.

Ronald is survived by three children: 1 son, Ivan J. Hisle and wife Brandy, and 2 daughters, Cynthia P. Creech and Angela Forgette. Seven Grandchildren: Robin Wilkerson, Elizabeth (Mitchell) Mann, Joshua (Heather) Creech, Kayela Creech, Cadence Forgette, Addison Forgette, Brycen Forgette. Three Great Grandchildren: Amber Wilkerson, Dylan Meeks and Beau Mann. 1 brother, Brian Parker, and 3 Sisters, Linda Foster, Janice Reeder and Dianne Parker. Ronald is also survived by his in-laws, Ed and Hazel Bass. 3 sister-in-laws, Debra (Buddy) Walker, Kathy (Mark) Howell, and Rita (Randy) Wilkerson.

Ronald is preceded in death by his loving wife of 38 years, Paulette Parker.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Winter Oak Funeral Home and Cremations at 1132 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 32787. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:00 am at West Orange Park Community Church, 9929 Lake Meadow Road, Apopka FL with Pastor Wayne Howell officiating.

In Lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations in Ronald’s name be made for Chiari & Syringomyelia Foundation@csfinfo.org or VNA Hospice Care at VNATC.com
