Lawrence James Everett, 75 of Winter Garden, Florida passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Home with Marti by his side.

Lawrence was born on March 28, 1941, in Watertown, New York, the son of the late Carl Ephrom Everett and Leona (LaFave) Everett.

Lawrence was a Chief Warrant Officer in the USCG. He served his country proudly in the Navy and the United States Coast Guard. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and the American Legion.

Besides his companion, Marti Sanborn, he is survived by two sons: Lawrence James Everett, Jr. “Jay” of Atlanta, GA and Michael Everett of Miami, FL. One grandchild, Sabrina Everett of Miami, FL.

Lawrence’s internment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, in Honolulu, HI. His arrangements are in the caring guidance of Winter Oak Funeral Home, 1132 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
