Obituary for Dr. Raymund Kwong

Dr. Raymund C. Kwong, husband, eldest son and brother, dentist - has passed away on July 17, 2019. He was born on June 5, 1975 to Hon Sum and Doris Kwong in Hong Kong. He is survived by his beautiful family - wife, Kaylee and his son, Donovan. "Ray" is also survived by his parents and siblings - sisters Annie (along with his nieces Ava, Arden, and Ainsley), Wendy (nephews - Lyndon and Logan) and brother Alden Kwong (nephew Connor); brothers-in-law Dr. Thomas Cheng and Troy Moore, and sister-in-law Mary-Ellen Connor-Kwong; his Uncle, Aunt, and cousins - David and Linda Yeung, Carrie, Wai Chi, and Ada Yeung; and his extended family, The Connors - Gary, Desiree, Bonnie, Chloe, and Olivia. Always and forever, cherished by us all.

Ray grew up in Hollywood, Florida where he enjoyed competing in Kung Fu tournaments with his brother, Alden. He attended Chaminade-Madonna High School, where he was the "track king" receiving many accolades. His childhood hobbies included collecting comics, playing video games, building custom RC cars and racing them, pranking his sisters and brother, listening to rock music, and watching Saturday Night Live and Kids in the Hall with his siblings. Ray loved family and really good jokes! He graduated from the University of Florida, College of Dentistry, Class of 2003. Ray was an honor student and achieved his best. He settled down in the Orlando, Florida with his beautiful family, and eventually opened his practice in Clermont.

Over the years, Ray worked with many knowledgeable and dedicated people. He held friendships and family in the highest regard. Ray had many interests, but he found true joy in spending time with family by hosting holidays as family tradition every year. Ray was the best part of us - loving, generous, considerate, happy, and humorous. Our dearest Ray Kwong - husband, father, son and brother will be greatly missed. "We love you always and forever; and in forever, will you be with us in our hearts, souls, and memories”.
