With great sadness the family of Allen E. Harris 74, of Clermont, FL announces his passing on Thursday October 3, 2019 at Orlando Regional Medical Center with his wife of 51 years, Jerry and Grandson Josh at his side.

Allen was born on September 12, 1945 In Pittsburgh, PA to the late James and Henrietta (Ponder) Harris. Allen lived his entire life in Pittsburgh until 2013 when he and Jerry relocated to Clermont, FL. Allen served in the United States Air Force, he drove the city bus in Pittsburgh for 30 years.

Allen liked serving his God of Jehovah's and the ministry, he also enjoyed sports, football, basketball and baseball, playing cards and chess. Allen and Jerry recently enjoyed a vacation at the beach.

Allen is survived by his wife Jerry, Daughter's Tonya Holt (Lloyd) and Trina Harris 5-Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren. 1-Brother Phillip Darnell Harris, 3-Sister's Harriett Morris, Marlene Tolton, and Vanessa Moses.

Allen was preceded in death by his parents and 1-sister Phyllis Harris.
