Obituary for Jim Van Dam
Jim Van Dam, 49 of Orlando, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2020 at his home.
Jim is survived by his wife Patti and parents Jerry and Ginny Van Dam, and Tina Martin of Central Florida, mother-in-law Sally Savage of New Jersey. His brother Joe (Dyann) and nephews Will and Brad of Windermere and sister Sandi (Bob) of Washington state. Three children, Gregory (Felicia) of Texas, Kathleen and Michael (Kathleen) of Orlando and grandchildren Joseph, Morgan, Dominick, Gianna and Jovanni. Also survived by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins in Florida, Georgia, Nevada and New Jersey.
Jim enjoyed fishing, traveling and time spent with family and friends. Jim was employed by Sea World/ Discovery Cove as a security officer for 15 years. Lastly, he loved being a food connoisseur and really enjoyed being a entrepreneur.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Winter Oak Funeral Home.
