Obituary for Jean Marie Derbyshire
Jean Derbyshire, 80, of Davenport, Florida passed away peacefully on February 27,2020, at Winter Garden Rehab and Nursing in Winter Garden, Florida after a long struggle with a medical condition that left her paralyzed. Jean fought bravely the last few months always bearing her condition with strength and grace.
Jean was born on December 3, 1939 to Carl and Lulu (Robinson) Schaaf of Tawas, Michigan. Jean graduated from Central Michigan University. June 23, 1962 Jean married Frank Derbyshire in Tawas, Michigan.
Besides her loving husband, Frank, she is survived by three children, Carey Bond (Doug), Elizabeth Derbyshire and Frank Derbyshire Jr. (Tracie) and grandchildren Jenna, Jared, Kaleigh, Savannah and Jacob and her sister Barbara Taylor (Bill).
A service will be held at , at a time and date to be determined, at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Haines City.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Polo Park East Clubhouse In Davenport, FL, following the service.
