Obituary for Jo Ann Perkins
Jo Ann Perkins, passed away peacefully in her Ocoee home on September 16, 2020.
Jo Ann was a resident of Tennessee and Arizona, where she had a career spanning decades in the Optical profession as a Optician.
She moved to Ocoee, Florida in 1986, and retired in the early 90's to spend time with her adoring four grandchildren. She enjoyed many, many years of fishing trips and school events. Then later enjoyed many of the same events with her great grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia and her husband Armando Vargas. Her granddaughter, Danella and her husband Michael. Her grandson, Shane Mercer. Her grandson, Josh Mercer and his wife Kaliah and their children: Maximus, Joshua, and Josiah. Her grandson, Christopher Mercer and his children: Christopher Jr., Xzonna, Xavier, Hayden, Kindle, Killington, and Phoenix. Her sisters: Lou Ellen, Shelby, Eva and her brothers: Oliver and Randal.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Kelly Perkins and Addie Perkins. Her sisters: Mary Alice, Kelly May and her brothers: David, Robert, Stanley, Kelly Davis, and Kelly Jr. Her sweet heart, William Floyd Golden. Her best friend, Karin Mast. Her brother in law, Jim Victery. Her dear friend, Bill Pitts.
