Dr. Augusto Montalvo, 70, who resided in Windermere, FL, passed May 28, 2021. He was a physician, veteran, beloved spouse, father and grandfather.

Dr. Montalvo was born in Boquerón, a small, serene hamlet in the island of Puerto Rico, but grew up in Chicago.
He obtained his Medical Degree at Boston University School of Medicine and a Masters in Public Health at Harvard University. He was a commissioned Corp Officer in the National Health Service Corps, and later an Internist and Dermatologist.

He was most loyal and dedicated to his patients, family, and friends. There is not one individual who did not experience his genuine touch, wisdom and love. His presence will surely be missed, but his message of kindness, empathy and compassion to fellow man, woman and child will endure forever. Rest well our dearest Gus.
