Obituary for Petra Betty Irizarry
Betty Irizarry, 68, currently of Ocoee, FL passed away by accidental death on Monday, June 7, 2021, at Apopka Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Betty was born on August 1, 1953 in Waco, TX, the daughter of the late Joe Sepulveda and Nicolassa Perez. Betty was married but divorced in 1995.
Betty was a devout wife prior to her divorce and devoted mother to her only child Michael Irizarry. She was dedicated to her family and loved her grandchildren dearly. She had a giving heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand whenever she was given the opportunity. Although Betty was afflicted with Parkinson’s Disease most of her adult life, she never allowed it to interfere with her time with her family.
Betty Irizarry is survived by her son Michael Irizarry, daughter in law Vanessa Irizarry, and her three beautiful grandchildren Alexander Irizarry (Alex), Sophia Irizarry, and Elyanna Irizarry.
Viewing and services will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 11, 2021 at Winter Oak Funeral Home.
