Phyllis D’Agostino peacefully passed away on July 10, 2021 at the age of 91.
Born in Brooklyn ,N.Y. to Victoria and Charles D’Agostino on February 25, 1930. Phyllis was the younger sister to Mary and the older sister to Charles and the last survivor.
She loved her dog Princess, watching musicals, and going to church. Phyllis was know for her baked cakes , and crocheted blankets.
She always had a smile on her face, and will be missed.
