Obituary for Delroy A. Andrews
Delroy Andrews, 58, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at Advent Health in Orlando, Florida.
Delroy was born on October 8, 1963, in the town of Westmoreland, Jamaica. He is the son of Pearlena Andrews and the late Ean Andrews. Delroy was the loving husband to Cherry Andrews.
For many years, Delroy worked as a maintenance worker for Days Inn hotels in Orlando, FL. He was a very hardworking man and a loving husband, father, and friend. He enjoyed reggae music, working on cars, and fishing. Everyone who knew Delroy would tell you he was a kind and helpful person, and a friend you could always count on. He will be truly missed by all.
He is survived by his loving wife, Cherry Andrews; His three children, Delroy Junior, Johnathan, and Donnovan; and Six stepchildren. His sister, Barbara, Sharon, and Winsome; Brothers, Copeland, Dermont, Earl, and Edward; two grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews and other relatives.
Saturday, October 30, 2021, the family will welcome relatives and friends at 11 a.m. for viewing with service following at noon at Winter Oak Funeral Home. A repast will follow the service at 1830 Torrey Drive, Orlando, FL 32818.
