Obituary for James "Wayne" Anderson
James “Wayne” Anderson, 77, of Winter Garden, Florida passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Health Central Park Nursing Home in Winter Garden.
Wayne was born on December 28, 1943 in Orlando, Florida. He is the son of the late JZ and Ouida Anderson of Winter Garden, FL. Wayne was the loving husband of Jacqueline “Jackie” Renfroe Anderson for 58 years.
Wayne was an Air Force Vet, serving his Country for four years. He also worked his way up in the Information Technology sector. In the 90’s, Wayne served as Vice President at Comdata in Brentwood, TN. Wayne returned to Winter Garden before retiring in 2010. Wayne was an avid fisherman and loved to lobster in the FL Keys with his family and friends. Everyone that knew him, loved him. He was always kind, always there to lend a hand.
Wayne was a resident of Health Central Park Nursing Home. Where he had many friends and touched many of the employees' lives that worked there. Wayne was always so proud to introduce his loved ones to the residents and staff at the nursing home.
Besides his loving wife, Jackie; he is survived by two children Suzanne “Suzy” Anderson of Winter Garden, FL and Kenneth “Kenny” Anderson of New Smyrna, FL. One grandson David Wood of Winter Garden and two sisters, Debbie Edmondson and Sandra Moses, both of Winter Garden, FL.
At this time the Celebration of Life service will be held in the new year. The family will provide details after the Holidays.
