Dave was born on August 29, 1969, in Alexandria, Va. He was the son of the late David C. Oliver and Sandra (Nelson) Oliver. Dave was the loving husband of 11 years to Srirthorn Sukiam.
Dave was a web design and maintenance technician. He enjoyed traveling, computer gaming and trips to the beach. He was a loving husband, son and friend. He will be truly missed.
