Wayne Erick Jackson, 75, of Ocoee, Florida, died January 2, 2023 in his home.

Mr. Jackson was born May 12, 1947 in Coalfield, Tennessee to Richard and Marie (Bunch) Jackson.

He graduated from Hazel Park High School in Hazel Park, Michigan. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked for Aramark Uniform Services in Orlando for 28 years and was the Plant Manager there for much of his career.

Wayne enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid collector of trains, die cast cars, and Christmas ornaments. Over the years he enjoyed many trips to the Smoky Mountains with family.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Kathy (Killebrew) Jackson of Ocoee and his brother, Richard (Lois) Jackson of Kingston, Tennessee; two children, Christopher (Laurrie) Jackson and Shelly (Neville) Melvin and grandchildren, Kenny, Steven, and William Jackson and Ryland, Cade, and Finley Melvin, along with loving nieces and nephews.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Marie Jackson and his brother, Jerry Lee Jackson.
