Kitty Fitzpatrick, age 92, of Winter Garden, Florida passed away peacefully the evening of Tuesday, January 17, 2023 in Winter Garden, with family by her side.

Kitty was born on May 26, 1930 in Campbellsville, Kentucky. She is the daughter of William Hiestand and Georgia Callahan. Kitty was a loving wife of 32 years to Thomas Fitzpatrick. Kitty was a wonderful homemaker for her husband and daughters in Libertyville, Illinois. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a passionate gardener and absolutely loved getting her hands in the dirt. She also enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine while watching and listening to the birds in her flower garden. Everyone that knew Kitty would tell you she was a kind and caring person. She will be missed by so many friends and family.

Kitty was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Fitzpatrick; grandson Jarrod Thomas; and son-in-law Michael Thomas.

Kitty is survived by four daughters: Susan Thomas; Mary Serlick (husband Ira); Carol Cline (husband Rick); and Kathleen Humphrey (husband Scott); six grandchildren: Jennifer Glithero (husband Jayce); Justin Serlick and Aaron Serlick (wife Audriey); Tiffany Cline and TJ Cline (wife Amber); and Jenna Humphrey; and eight great grandchildren: Marsela Glithero; Ariana Serlick, Thomas Serlick, Bianca Serlick and Charles Serlick; Amelia Serlick; McKaila Fritsch and Gage Cline.

The family will be holding a private memorial service.
