RL Simmons, 64, of Ocoee, FL passed away on February 8, 2023  at home surrounded by
loved ones. 

RL was born on June 28, 1958 in Clermont, FL to the late Connie and Mildred (Cauley)
Simmons. RL was a man of many talents but his favorite was playing music. 

RL spent the last 25 years with the love of his life, Michelle Haught by his side creating a
beautiful family. In addition to Michelle, RL is survived by their children, Rhonda (Brian) Price,
Randy (Toni) Simmons, Rebecca (Rick) Haught, Michael (Ashley) Haught, Ronnie (Sylvia)
Haught, Carol (Jordan) Haught, DeShawn (Elizabeth) Simmons, Tiara Simmons, and Sophie
Simmons. Grandchildren: Mykel, Mariah, Maribelle, Dalton, Addalyn, and Constance. RL is also
survived by his brother, Ricky as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive loved ones for a viewing from 3pm - 4pm on Monday February 13, 2023
at Winter Oak Funeral Home, 1132 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL  34787. Immediately
followed by the service starting at 4pm.
