Obituary for Jan C. Steinhorn
Jan C. Steinhorn, 65, of Clermont, Florida passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at South Lake Hospital in Clermont, Florida with her loving family by her side.
Jan was born on November 20, 1957 in the city of Charleston, West Virginia. She is the daughter of the late James Reed and Peggy (Holt) Reed. Jan was the loving wife of 39 years to David Steinhorn.
Jan was a school bookkeeper for many years at Edgewater High School in Orlando, FL. She was a very hardworking woman and a loving wife, mother and friend. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, attending her husband and sons sporting and coaching events, and traveling to Delaware to visit her grandkids. Everyone who knew Jan would tell you she was a kind and helpful person, a friend you could always count on. She will truly be missed by all.
Besides her loving husband, David; she is survived by her one son Russ Steinhorn and wife (Amanda), of Magnolia, Delaware. She also had two beautiful grandkids (Parker and Sawyer) that she loved and adored.
The family will receive relatives and friends for a Celebration of Life from 10:00 am-12:00 pm on
Saturday, April 1, 2023 with a service beginning at 10:30 am at Winter Oak Funeral Home,
