Jordan Ruiz Lane Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Jordan Ruiz-Lane on June 15, 2026.
Born on August 13, 2005, to his loving parents, Janelle Ruiz and Larry Lane, Jordan’s life was marked by both adversity and resilience. One could say that he survived by his mother and father; by his siblings, Damien, Christian, and Aracelis; or by his loving cousins, caring aunts, uncles, and grandparents. But in Jordan’s case, the truth is best captured by the saying: “It takes a village.” His life was touched by many, and he left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Though he was taken from us far too soon, Jordan gave those around him no shortage of laughter, passion, and love. Inspired largely by his parents, he loved to cook—and, of course, to eat. He cherished time spent surrounded by family and delighted in pretending that he hated dogs. He enjoyed playing video games and had a remarkable ability to find humor where others might never think to look.
Whether through his quick wit, his unique perspective, or simply his presence, Jordan was the kind of person who could never be forgotten. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the love he gave so freely.
Jordan will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
Jordan's funeral arrangements are in the caring guidance of Winter Oak Funeral Home & Cremations 1132 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
