Karen Nadine Joseph, 58, of Clermont, Florida, passed away July 9, 2026, with her family by her side.

Born October 16, 1967, in Trinidad to Christopher and Vera, Karen graduated from El Dorado Senior Comprehensive in 1984. She owned a food truck that was enjoyed by many people.

Karen married Mitra Joseph in 1995, and together they raised two children, Devindra and Kareena. She loved gardening, taking care of her birds, and cooking.

The viewing will be Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Winter Oak Funeral home from 4pm to 8pm.
