Katlyn “Katie” Bell, 35, of Winter Garden, Florida, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2026, at Orlando Health Central in Ocoee, Florida.

Katie was born on February 26, 1991, in Orlando, Florida, to David and Rosalys “Rose” Bell.

Throughout her life, Katie worked in a variety of positions, including with the Orange County School System, in childcare, and as a kennel assistant. She had a special love for animals and cared for several cats and a dog in her home. Above all, Katie loved her daughter, Delilah. She cherished spending time with her and making memories together, especially during their trips to the beach and Aquatica.

Katie is survived by her parents, David and Rosalys “Rose” Bell; her beloved daughter, Delilah of Winter Garden, Florida; her brother, Christopher Bell of Deltona, Florida; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of Katie’s life will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026 with a meet & greet with family from 1:00 pm till 1:30 pm, with funeral beginning at 1:30 pm with Pastor Robert Flynn officiating at Winter Oak Funeral Home and Cremations, 1132 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida 34787
