Federico Rodolfo Dávila Jr., 84, went to reside with his heavenly father on October 8, 2017. Fred, as his friends knew him, was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and moved to Florida in 1997. Fred was a retired partner with Price Waterhouse & Co., where he had a long and successful career in public accounting. He raised his family in San Juan together with his loving wife Ana Rosa. Besides his family his greatest love was the game of golf, and he played regularly at Berwind Country Club and Dorado Beach Resort & Club. After he moved to Florida, Fred and Ana lived in the Mount Dora Country Club where they made many friends and enjoyed their retirement.
Fred was a dedicated husband and father. For seven years he lovingly and selflessly cared for his wife Ana Rosa, who suffered from Alzheimer’s disease. His children Vivian and Tom Prior, Fernando and Annette Dávila, Vanessa Dávila and Jon Green, Valerie and Donald Harnois, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren survive him. He also leaves his brother Hector and his sisters Bebe and Alicia Dávila.
Fred will be reunited in heaven with his beloved wife Ana Rosa and his parents Federico and Adoración Dávila. The family will mourn in private with family and close friends, and welcomes cards and personal phone calls.
